As the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment system contains salicylic acid, you may want to use caution when using other skincare products that contain salicylic acid or alpha hydroxy acids to reduce the potential of skin irritation.

When will I see results with the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System?

You may begin to see results in as early as a few days. Please allow 12 weeks of daily application before evaluating your own results. Daily application can also help prevent recurrence of psoriasis symptoms. Everyone is different, so each individual's response may vary. Psoriasis is a chronic condition but it can be controlled with proper and regular treatment. If Prosoria™ is working to help clear your psoriasis, you should stay on your daily regimen! There is no limit to the length of time you can use Prosoria™. If you do not use Prosoria™ regularly, your psoriasis symptoms may return.

How long will my Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System last? What if I run out before my next delivery?

You only need to apply the Prosoria™ daily psoriasis treatment system once daily. The products are designed to spread easily over large surface areas and a little generally goes a long way. The products come in 2 oz. bottle and a 2 oz. tube. For most people this will be a 1-month supply.  The products are also available in 4 oz bottle and 4 oz. tube. With a membership, you can increase or decrease your frequency of shipment to your own specific needs so you have exactly what you need.

Is the Scalp Treatment System safe for colored hair?

You can use the Scalp Treatment System on all hair types. It is safe to use on colored hair.

The Prosoria Medicated Shampoo is a low foam formula. Will that clean my hair?

The Prosoria Medicated Shampoo was designed to completely clean hair without removing excessive scalp oils to help to prevent dry itchy scalp that is caused by high foaming shampoos. Always use a milder shampoo like Prosoria Medicated shampoo if you have psoriasis or sensitive skin. It will help reduce dryness and scratching.

Will the Prosoria Scalp Lotion make my hair greasy?

The Prosoria Scalp Lotion is applied with an applicator tip directly to the scalp and it quickly dries without being messy or greasy to hair.

How often do I need to apply the scalp lotion?

The scalp lotion should be applied as often as needed to control scalp symptoms. It is usually applied to dry hair after shampooing. It can be applied daily, 3 times a week, or once weekly according to your specific needs and results. Also apply the Prosoria Anti-Itch Moisturizer as necessary to control dryness, flaking or itching.

Do I need to shampoo my hair first before using the scalp lotion treatment?

You do not need to shampoo your hair first before applying. You can apply as often as necessary between your normal shampooing schedule. Also apply the Prosoria Anti-Itch Moisturizer as often as necessary to control any dryness, flaking or itching.

Can I use this moisturizer on other parts of my body?

You can use the Prosoria Anti-Itch Moisturizer on all parts of your body or scalp to help control itching dryness and flaking. It works quickly to relieve itching or irritation. Use as often as needed.

How to Use

How often should I shampoo my hair?

It is recommended to shampoo your hair with the Prosoria Medicated Shampoo at least 3 times a week to help reduce scalp symptoms and maintain good results. Daily use is idea,l but it may not fit your normal shampooing schedule.

Will the orange color of the shampoo stain my hair?

The orange color of Selenium should not discolor blond or light color hair. However, it is recommended to rinse thoroughly to prevent any discoloration.

Will the conditioner help detangle my hair for easy combing or brushing?

The Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner effectively detangles, softens and strengthens hair using special detangling agents,Coconut oil, and pro-vitamins such as Panthenol (vitamin B5).

Will the Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner moisturize my hair and scalp without weighing it down?

Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner perfectly moisturizes hair and scalp and provides body and shine. It does not weigh down hair but leaves it light and manageable.

How long do I leave the Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner in for?

You can wash Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner immediately. However, you can leave in the Prosoria Moisturizing Conditioner for 2-3 minutes for maximum results.

Will this moisturizer make my hair greasy? Can I go in public after applying?

The anti-Itch Moisturizer is easy to apply and does not make the hair greasy.  Simply apply a couple small drops to the affected area on the scalp using the applicator tip. You only need a little. Massage into the scalp. It dries quickly on the scalp without messing up your hair. It can be used on all areas of the body to help control itch,irritation, dry skin or flaking.

Can I purchase Prosoria™ at local retailers?

Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System is only available for purchase online. Prosoria has limited distribution in CVS Health Hub stores.

All of our orders are shipped through Amazon.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually received within 4 business days, unless you are located in a remote location or Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Our orders fulfilled by Amazon. All of our orders are shipped from an Amazon warehouse close to your shipping address.   Important:  Do not return product to Amazon as they do not track shipments. And as a result, we cannot offer any refunds as we cannot identify customers who return our product to Amazon. How do I cancel a new order?

To cancel a recent order, you must email us at support@prosoria.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483. You must contact us within the first 12 hours after receiving the order notification to ensure the order is cancelled before the product is shipped to receive a refund. If the product has already shipped, returns will be accepted if the box has not been opened. Under these conditions, we will refund the credit card charge minus a $5.00 handling fee. How do I adjust my subscription and future shipments?

Our Prosoria™ subscription program is flexible and adjustable. You can pause your orders, change the shipping date, or adjust the frequency of your auto-shipments to match your own usage so you get only the amount you need. How do I return my product and refunds?

For product returns, first contact us at support@prosoria.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483. Once we’ve been notified, then place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and return it to us.  A copy of the original receipt must be included with your returned product in order to receive reimbursement. Product returned without a receipt will not be accepted for refund. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Full refunds are offered during the first 30 days after your initial order. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your product for your account to be credited. Log into your Prosoria™ Account and select "Update payment method" to change billing information. All future charges will use the updated payment information.

Log into your Prosoria™ Account and select "Update shipping address" to change shipping information. All future shipments will be delivered to the updated shipping address.

How do I cancel, pause or adjust my subscription?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System, you can email us at support@prosoria.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483 to cancel your subscription at any time. By cancelling your subscription, you will no longer receive additional shipments and you will no longer be charged for additional shipments on your credit card. However you will be responsible for any final payments due on the shipments you received before cancelling your subscription.
